Its Final Fantasy reprint as Dawn Warriors Legacy wont be anywhere close to the same power level as in Strixhaven , but its still a fantastic card for any deck built around instants and sorceries

But his ability to synergize with the other Lilo And Stitch options is high

Some follow the booklet and set up their league with points given out every week

Just by being played, the card prevented a player's opponent from casting spells at Instant-speed, forcing them to only play during their turn and shutting down a huge number of playstyles

That being said this seems incredibly consistent

Ive known plenty of people who match that description
