Although it resembles a dragon, Lugia is actually a psychic- and flying-type, and most frequently shows up in the Pokmon Trading Card Game as a Colorless or Basic card
Not every trade needs to end up with near even values
I would certainly include this in my own discard decks, as it gives me an easy way to scale lore while I wait for my more high powered discard cards to take effect
Malevolent Hermit / Benevolent Geist Its only a spirit on its backside, after it dies countering a spell, but that side is money for a control war
When it dies, you can pay one mana to destroy all the things it has hexproof from, essentially wiping the board
All it would take to fix the issue would be dropping cards like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and friends from mythic to rare (which, based on the original definition of what a mythic is supposed to be, probably should be anyway)
