Coppery topaz in hue, it opens with a lifted, aromatic nose of toasted pecans, candied citrus peel and salted caramel, threaded with sea breeze, spice and varnished oak. On the palate, its both taut and expansive with layers of orange zest, toffee, walnut and dark chocolate glide across a
